Since its birth, the 911's story has been one of continual evolution. Early on, the engine capacity had been increased to 2.2 liters and during 1971 it rose to 2.4 liters and in 1973 to 2.7-liters. The Targa top option for the 911 was introduced in 1967 and was an immediate success. Initially it featured a folding rear window but fairly soon acquired a fixed rear screen.

The 2.7 Targa on sale is a right-hand drive 1977 model finished in silver with a well kept full black leather interior, original pioneer radio and all in good

working order.

At the rear sits a 2.7 Liter, 6 cylinder boxer engine that has covered just under 140,000 miles. It is smooth and a pleasure to have alongside the solid 5 speed gearbox. All original engine tin wear is present and in good order.

This is an opportunity to purchase a useable piece of German engineering or a chance to start your own project, a great starting point as the car is complete. With only cosmetics to worry about, it could be a very good investment.

This particular model is a part of Porsche's limited production Targas in RHD. After looking at the market I can safely say that this model really isn't something that is seen everyday.

Having been driven quite regularly everything on this car works, it feels solid, whilst still giving you a luxurious feel when driving. It would come with 10 months MOT, V5 and other service documents.
